Lotta Kühlhorn designed the new fabric collection ANNAMOA where each pattern is bold and has its own story to tell.
For inspiration, she looked at faity tales and proverbs about animals. She also thought about things and places she like, such as Lappland in northern Sweden and the Skanstull neighborhood of Stockholm.

Kate transformed a gorgeous tomato red BLANKÖ Stool into a fun woven jute side table.
When she saw the stool, she immediately felt inspired for spring, but felt the stool could use some organic detail, and something to break up all the red. She bought a spool of jute twine and a few hours later… voilà!

I have a burning question that so far the internet has given me mixed reviews – was wondering if maybe you or other readers might know the answer to it!
I have a Kramfors leather couch that I bought in 2005. I’m moving at the end of this month and would LOVE to take it with me, but the wear on the leather is pretty bad :/ I know that the Kramfors covers are made just for the cloth version of the couch, but I’m wondering if it’s possible to use them to cover the leather ones!
I’ve written to Ikea and one other company that makes custom covers for the Kramfors line and both returned with a “no”. However, upon searching around the web, I found a couple of people who said it was difficult but they were able to pull it off!
Any thoughts?
Since I don’t own a KRAMFORS Sofa I can only assume.
Normally leather sofas are stapled to the frame so the leather won’t wrinkle or move from its place. I’m sure you can pull it off, but don’t think it’s the best option. Fabric sofas use velcro.
I think you can use a cover directly on a leather sofa but may have to improvise so it doesn’t look loose below. What do you think? What would you do?

This new version of the GYLLEN Wall lamp looks just like the one the eye doctor has in the consulting room.
I am not sure how to pronounce the “Å”, do you?
If you already have some medical vintage instruments you may want to consider getting yourself this wall lamp to complete your look.
Price: $39.99

When Kate from katepruitt moved her bedroom to a different room in the house, she no longer had the space for her old beside tables. She wanted to use an old chair but didn’t have two important things: a place for private things and surface space.
She decided to work on the simple pine IVAR Chair to create a multi-purpose bedside table, complete with a drawer and swivel lamp.

Here is a clip from the lovely film 500 Days of Summer where Tom (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) and Summer (Zooey Deschanel) visit an Ikea store.

Multi-task in style with the LUSY GÖMMA Panel Curtain and its stitched pockets to store and hide smaller things.
