		<description>Too bad the timing for the BoKlok project was off, it had a lot of potential.  Interestingly Sears did &quot;Kit&quot; homes shortly before the Great Depression, they also handled the mortgages which was a disaster for them when the economy tanked.

Very excited about GreenTech though!  I&#039;ve always been a huge proponent of solar, but the barrier to entry has been too high, and it&#039;s tough to generate decent economy of scale when so many people hold off &#039;cause the payback time is so long and the prices are slowly falling.  IKEA&#039;s got the manufacturing muscle that they may be able to break that cycle.  Exciting stuff!</description>
